After opening its doors in September 2017, the first intake of students at Durham University International Study Centre are about to join the University. Of students who started their programme in September and completed in June, 82% have been offered a place to study at Durham University.

The International Study Centre helps students to fulfil their potential to study at a top-ranking British university. Our first intake of students will go on to study subjects such as Accounting, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, History, Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Durham.

Studying in the UK as an international student can be challenging, but with the help and support of the centre staff, students at Durham can gain the necessary language, subject and study skills to succeed.

Dr Anna Fenge, the Head of Centre, is full of praise for students at the International Study Centre – as well as her team:

''We are delighted for all our students who will now get to take up their place at Durham University this October. It represents the hard work and commitment they have put in to their studies, and we look forward to watching their journey through the University. It also reflects the dedication of our tutors, welfare team and other staff members who have supported them throughout their studies with us. I would also like to thank the Link Tutors from the University who have worked with us to encourage the students to this achievement.''

After the success of our first year, we look forward to welcoming our new cohort of students in September and supporting them through their academic journey. To find out more about studying at Durham University International Study Centre, please visit our programmes.
