Durham University International Study Centre is your first step to gaining a degree from a world-leading university, one of the oldest in the UK. When you start one of our specialist programmes online, you will develop the academic and English language skills you need for a degree at Durham University.
We'll get you to where you want to be – studying your chosen degree, on the way to your future career, and studying on campus as soon as possible. If you are unable to start your programme on campus, you will be able to start online with the same level of high-quality teaching you would expect from an Office for Students registered provider.

We want to make sure you are confident on your pathway to academic success. That’s why when you start one of our online programmes, you will have a 21-day introductory period to experience learning online. Find out more about online learning and terms and conditions.
Academic guidance, tutorial sessions, careers support and personal and welfare support is all available online from the same specialist staff as you would expect on campus. On-campus teaching will resume as soon as possible and we will support you to smoothly transition to on-campus learning when the time comes.
